CREAMY COCONUT SHEERA, WITH A DASH OF NUTS AND DABUR ORGANIC GHEE. AN ALL TIME FAVOURITE
- Dabur Organic Ghee-1 tbl spoon
- Rawa-1 tbl spoon
- Sugar- 1 tbl spoon
- Coconut Milk – 1 packet
- Cardamom powder
- Kismis- ½ cup
- Chopped almonds- ½ cup
METHOD OF PREPARATION::
- Heat the kadai.
- Add ghee and rawa in a kadai and keep stirring till it turns golden brown.
- Pour half a cup of warm water and stir well so that lumps are not formed.
- Now add Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk to it and mix well.
- Keep stirring till it becomes thick and the ghee separates out.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder.
- Garnish with kismis and chopped almonds and serve hot with puri.
