Coconut Sheera

CREAMY COCONUT SHEERA, WITH A DASH OF NUTS AND DABUR ORGANIC GHEE. AN ALL TIME FAVOURITE

Ingredients:

  • Dabur Organic Ghee-1 tbl spoon
  • Rawa-1 tbl spoon
  • Sugar- 1 tbl spoon
  • Coconut Milk – 1 packet
  • Cardamom powder
  • Kismis- ½ cup
  • Chopped almonds- ½ cup

METHOD OF PREPARATION::

  • Heat the kadai.
  • Add ghee and rawa in a kadai and keep stirring till it turns golden brown.
  • Pour half a cup of warm water and stir well so that lumps are not formed.
  • Now add Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk to it and mix well.
  • Keep stirring till it becomes thick and the ghee separates out.
  • Add sugar and cardamom powder.


SERVING SUGGESTION:

  • Garnish with kismis and chopped almonds and serve hot with puri.
